Easy & Tasty Go-To Salad Recipes

Updated: Apr 1, 2022

I don't know about you but, "salad" might as well be a cuss word in my book. It seems like anytime someone wants to lose weight or shift to healthier lifestyle, they immediately integrate a salad into every meal, and if you've been on as many diets as I have you have for sure been scared by some basic, plain and boring salads. I literally swore off salads for YEARS! However, as I ate out more, and became more familiar with the Cincinnati food scene I saw how "innovative" salads could really be. Yes, I said innovative LOL! That being said, as of recently I have leaned into salads that are actually easy, pretty and tasty, that I promise won't bore you to bites! Check out some of my easy to follow recipes below and as always happy eating, good food and food that is good for you.
